The name Culporation started in late 2004 and is now one of the highly respected names in Noble County. The Culporation started with the founder Gary Culp and has now grown to a well experience team of Anglers.
For those who do not know what the Culporation is it is a group of individuals that believe in the importance of agriculture and the sport of fishing.
